The Unlimited Support plan includes unlimited 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support both remotely and onsite for computer systems, mobile devices, servers, peripherals (such as printers and scanners) and network equipment. Monitored Anti-Virus/System Health and unlimited data backup are included as standard and a range of other Products and Services are available as options.
With an unlimited support plan you don't have to worry about how often you call us in or how long the work takes. It also provides us with a mandate to put more resources into prevention and contingency, and will give you predictable and consistent billing with no surprises. The new plan is available immediately and all work carried out during the month you sign up is automatically included. If you sign up for the new plan and recommend a new client to us who also signs up we will give you a month's free support. There is no limit to the number of recommendations you can make, so if you sign up 12 others, you won't have to pay for your support for a year.
